After 16 years of its contribution to the Hip Hop culture; Shady Records, owned by Detroit rapper Eminem and Peter Rosenburg, the guys at Complex Magazine have finally released a documentary about the history of this iconic label.

Shady Records played a pivotal role in the shaping of Hip Hop, as we today know it, with artists such as 50Cent, Obie Trice, D12 and Yelawolf. This documentary provides insight on the aspects of the conglomerate that didn’t make it to mainstream media. It features interviews by Dr Dre, 50 Cent and other artists that worked with the ‘Rap God’ during his illustrious career.

We applaud the work done by the legends at Shady Records and the guys at Complex magazine for filming this documentary.
